Assembly was straightforward thanks to the clearly stamped board numbers on the lumber ends. The slide material stays surprisingly cool in sunlight compared to older plastic models. Assembly takes real effort, but the sturdy wooden result is totally worth the sweat.

The built-in lower sandbox area underneath the deck is a fantastic use of space. Pre-drilling was spot on for virtually all the deck support beams and uprights. Four stars due to the lengthy bolt sorting process, but five stars for durability and kid fun.
