Our neighborhood kids now ask to come over to play on this model almost every weekend. The upper fort enclosure has tall safety rails that give parents peace of mind from the kitchen window. Our backyard is now the favorite hangout for all our kids’ school friends.

The green powder-coated swing chains have a soft rubber coating that keeps little fingers safe. The swing hangers have bronze bushings that swing smoothly without annoying squeaks. Five stars. Extremely sturdy, beautifully finished, and built to last through childhood.

The wood density is substantial, unlike cheaper pine swing sets sold at big box retail stores. The pre-stained cedar has a rich warm tone that complements our backyard landscape. Seeing our kids playing outside together for hours every day makes this worth every single cent.

The wood is pre-stained with a child-safe finish that repels moisture and looks beautiful in the yard. The safety handles on the ladder and slide entrance are thick and easy for small hands to grasp. Take your time leveling the ground first and you will have a safe, wonderful play center.

After comparing half a dozen wooden swing sets, Gorilla Playsets Homestead Heavy-Duty Wooden Swing Set offered the best combination of features. Even when two older kids are swinging high simultaneously, the main tower remains stationary. Top notch quality, safe construction, and endless entertainment for our children.

All hardware arrived organized in sealed blister packs with matching part numbers. The ladder angle is gentle enough that our four-year-old climbed up with confidence on day one. Take your time leveling the ground first and you will have a safe, wonderful play center.

The slide assembled cleanly without sharp seams that could snag clothing or skin. The safety handles on the ladder and slide entrance are thick and easy for small hands to grasp. Four stars due to the lengthy bolt sorting process, but five stars for durability and kid fun.

The 3D interactive assembly instructions on our phone made tricky bracket steps simple to understand. We used a magnetic level and an impact driver which made securing the deck floor boards swift. Cannot recommend this playset enough for families with active kids. A wonderful backyard investment. Highly satisfied with how it handles in our yard.

The cedar posts and green accents blend into our yard like a natural park feature. We used a magnetic level and an impact driver which made securing the deck floor boards swift. Five stars. Extremely sturdy, beautifully finished, and built to last through childhood.
