The monkey bar extension adds a great upper body workout for our older elementary kids. The climbing wall grips have two mounting screws each so they never spin or rotate loose. Cannot recommend this playset enough for families with active kids. A wonderful backyard investment.

The clubhouse fort stays dry during summer showers so the kids can keep playing. The canopy fabric is heavy vinyl that repels rain and does not flap loudly in the wind. Our backyard is now the favorite hangout for all our kids’ school friends.

The green powder-coated swing chains have a soft rubber coating that keeps little fingers safe. The swing chains can be adjusted in height in seconds as our kids grow taller each summer. Cannot recommend this playset enough for families with active kids. A wonderful backyard investment.

The kids love eating their afternoon snacks up in the fort while looking out over the yard. The slide bolted directly to the frame with reinforced brackets that support energetic toddlers. Our backyard is now the favorite hangout for all our kids’ school friends.

We added a layer of rubber mulch around the perimeter and the playset looks like a municipal park. The timber had no excessive checking or knots that compromised the structural integrity. Five stars. Extremely sturdy, beautifully finished, and built to last through childhood.
Darren Evans (Peoria, IL) (verified owner) –
The wood finish is smooth with rounded safety corners that prevent scraped knees. We anchored each corner post into the turf using the included spiral screw anchors. Cannot recommend this playset enough for families with active kids. A wonderful backyard investment.

The swing hangers glide silently without the metal-on-metal screeching of older sets. We used a magnetic level and an impact driver which made securing the deck floor boards swift. Seeing our kids playing outside together for hours every day makes this worth every single cent.

Our neighbors remarked on how solid the playset looks compared to mass-market sets. The pre-stained cedar has a rich warm tone that complements our backyard landscape. Plan for a full weekend with two capable adults to build, but the final result is rock solid.

A well-engineered kit that provides genuine backyard adventures for growing kids. The instructions suggest staging lumber by length beforehand, which saved us a ton of time. Cannot recommend this playset enough for families with active kids. A wonderful backyard investment.

Our three kids have spent every single sunny afternoon climbing and swinging on Gorilla Playsets Chateau Tower Heavy-Duty Wooden Swing Set. The cedar was smooth to the touch with eased edges that prevent painful splinters. Seeing our kids playing outside together for hours every day makes this worth every single cent.
